What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are used to remember things between page loads — for example, keeping you signed in.
What we use
| Type | Purpose | Used here? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeping a provider portal session active and secure | Yes |
| Preference | Remembering choices such as light or dark appearance | Yes |
| Analytics | Understanding how the site is used | Not currently |
| Advertising / tracking | Profiling or targeting ads | Never |
The public pages of this site currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site profiling anywhere on this site.
The provider portal
Signing in to the provider portal requires a session cookie or equivalent browser storage. This is strictly necessary — without it you cannot stay signed in. It contains a session identifier, not your patient data.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the provider portal from working, but the rest of the site will function normally.
Changes
If we add analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first. NEEDS CLIENT INPUT: If analytics is added, update this page and implement a consent mechanism
