These terms apply to purchases made through the online store at www.choiceonerx.com/shop/. They are in addition to our Terms of Use. The store sells over-the-counter dietary supplements only. Prescription medications and compounded preparations are never sold through it.
Dietary supplements
Statements about dietary supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your pharmacist or prescriber before starting a supplement, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay. Sales tax is applied where required.
Where online payment is offered it is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details. Where online payment is not offered, orders are paid at the counter on collection or by phone before shipping.
Pickup, delivery and shipping
Orders for pickup are held at our Delray Beach pharmacy. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Shipping, where offered, is to addresses in the states listed at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier once an order has been handed over.
Returns and refunds
For your safety and others', we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or of products that require refrigeration, unless they arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. If that happens, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
Order problems and cancellation
If an item is out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund that item. You may cancel an order before it has been collected or shipped by calling us on 888.272.9055.
