Consent
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, you consent to receive text messages from Choice One Rx at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care — you can always choose phone or mail instead.
What we may text you about
- Refill reminders and refill status
- Delivery scheduling and delivery confirmations
- Appointment or call-back reminders
- Responses to a question you asked us
- Notices about your account or service
What we will not do
- We will not send you marketing text messages without separate, express consent.
- We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
- We will not include detailed health information in a text message. Texts are not a secure channel.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation. You can also tell any staff member to remove your number. Opting out of texts does not affect your care — we will simply reach you another way.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance, or call 888.272.9055.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your therapy and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
Carriers and delivery
Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messaging for anything time-critical.
Changing your number
Tell us if your mobile number changes. If a number is reassigned and we are not told, messages intended for you may reach someone else.
Privacy
Information collected through text messaging is handled under our Privacy Policy and, for patients, our Notice of Privacy Practices.
