Our commitment
Choice One Rx is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Health care information should not be locked behind a barrier.
Conformance target
This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Conformance is assessed on an ongoing basis rather than certified at a point in time.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmark regions
- Keyboard access to all interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator
- A skip-to-content link on every page
- Text and interface colors tested for contrast
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with real labels, error messages tied to their inputs, and status messages announced
- Full respect for the operating system’s reduced motion setting — animation is removed, not merely shortened
- Layouts that reflow to 320px and support browser zoom without loss of content
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use
Known limitations
Some documents provided to patients may originate from third parties — manufacturers, payers, or accreditors — and we do not control their accessibility. If you encounter one you cannot use, call us and we will provide the content in a format that works for you, at no charge.
Alternatives are always available
