{{TODO:Confirm with counsel whether the No Surprises Act good faith estimate
requirement applies to this pharmacy's services, and adjust or remove this page
accordingly}}
You have the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much
your care will cost.
What this means
- If you are uninsured, or you have insurance but choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a good faith estimate of the expected charges before you receive services.
- You can ask for a good faith estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time.
- Make sure to save a copy or take a picture of your estimate.
How to get one
Ask us. Call 888.272.9055 and tell us you would like a good faith estimate. We will provide it in writing.
If your bill is much higher than your estimate
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your good faith estimate, you may be able to dispute it. Information about the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process is available at cms.gov/nosurprises, or by calling 1-800-985-3059.
